Our mission is to support people of all ages in developing communication skills in both Englishand Japanese

, fostering mutual understanding and social cohesion.

To achieve this, we offer practical English and Japanese language courses for beginners through advanced learners,

helping Japanese individuals communicate confidently in English and assisting foreign residents in learning Japanese

language and culture. Classes are held weekly at the Mie Prefectural Cultural Center (Ast Tsu Building, Tsu Station),

enhancing language exposure, proficiency, and opportunities for international collaboration, tourism, social integration,

and career growth.

国際交流、観光、社会的統合、キャリアの機会向上にも貢献します。
